These decals are cut with a precision die cut machine, which results in a premium decal that only has the letters on the wall. The background of the decal is the surface the decal is applied to. The Decals are easy to apply, and stick best to any smooth surface such as walls, glass, metal, wood, mirrors, etc. They can be easily removed without any damage to walls, however they are not reusable.

Excellent decal. The words is exactly what I needed to motivate my members.

Let me preface this review by saying that the decal is exactly as shown and is really nice quality. I received it in a very timely fashion, as well. Any criticisms I have are most related to user error, IMO. I think a video showing a step-by-step process for decal application would be extremely helpful as opposed to the written instructions. The decal I ordered was relatively large. The issue I had was in removal of the backing. Because the decal is so big, removing the backing proved challenging. Ultimately, the transfer tape ended up curling upon itself as I attempted to get the final backing area off, and I ended up with letters sticking to each other. I'm sure my attempts at applying this probably looked like an old-school slap-stick comedy skit, but it was pretty frustrating. The final product looks nice, though.
